RETURN POLICY

Dear Customer,

If the order placed does not meet your needs, we invite you to fill in the RMA return form which you can find on the website and send it to RMA@atenalux.com.

Please note that all products, or parts of them, are subject to return, except for special products and electro-medical devices. We do not accept returns for errors in the order and under no circumstances will we not accept returns in the months of August and December.

Atena Lux SRL. undertakes to take charge of the product upon receipt of the RMA form and will proceed to technically check the product with its technical staff in order to identify the cause of the problem.

The goods can be repaired or replaced under warranty when the complaint occurs within 7 days of receiving the material.

Atena Lux SRL undertakes to restore, replace, or refund what is returned within 30 days if in the national territory.

The goods must be returned by express courier. It will be the responsibility of Atena Lux SRL to take charge of the shipping costs if the problem is attributable to the company itself.

In case the problem is attributable to the customer, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
