Description

As a company belonging to the Regional Innovative Network “Venetian Smart Lighting”, ATENA LUX has submitted the application for

support and obtained the grant provided for in this call for proposals.

The call for proposals includes two implementation phases:

Phase 1: Innovation check-up. The beneficiary company carries out, with the support of Veneto Innovazione SpA, a company assessment for innovation in order to focus on innovation needs, taking into account the main technological and sustainability challenges. At the end of this phase, the company will receive a report of the results that emerged, highlighting the specialized services that it can use for the subsequent Phase 2.

Phase 2: Innovative growth. The results of the previous phase will allow the identification of one or more services to complete the process of acquiring the skills necessary for the innovation of company processes and organizational models. These services are listed among those included in the "Catalog of suppliers" or in the "Regional list of Temporary Managers, Temporary Export Managers and Innovation Managers" (Temporary Manager and Innovation Manager sections), published on the regional portal Innoveneto.

After Phase 1, which ended on June 30, the company was presented with a benchmark analysis carried out by Innoveneto that aims to highlight the areas of possible improvement within its innovation management model.

The aim is to create an improvement plan to increase its innovation management capacity and therefore the ability to generate impacts on the markets and economic returns. The analysis and the report also highlight a series of the company's strengths that, in terms of competitive advantage, could become a crucial element in the process of reviewing its business model as well as increasing the attractiveness of a possible business plan for an innovation project, to be presented to public and private investors.

Phase 2, to be concluded by 10 December 2024, provides for the activation of specialist consultancy services for the areas of intervention suggested by Innoveneto. The support interventions that have been identified concern market intelligence and, more broadly, multi-year strategic planning and process analysis for Life Cycle Assessment, as a central tool for sustainability strategies and attention to the environmental impact of production activities.
